Cause of death (brief description, drunk driver, car accident, sickness, suicide): Car accident. My oldest daughter Alicia(17 at the time)was driving and nearly severed her left arm. My best friends two kids, Erin(2 days away from being 17) & Josh(15)also died with my 15 yr. old daughter, Chelsea. Chelsea died just a few days away from her 16th birthday. All four of these kids were best of friends.
