John Patrick Spezzano

Born: December 19, 1965

Died: May 21, 2000

Cause: John had a brainstem tumor diagnosed when he was 16 (1981) and it remained dormant for 17 years, until he was in a car accident in Jan. of 1999 and hit his head, which started the tumor growing again, his condition deteriorated from that point on.

We live in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

John was the oldest of my four children. He was kind, caring, loving, fantastic sense of humor...loved by everyone. I miss him more than words can say, HE will FOREVER be MY "BESTEST BOY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
